Costume requests

If you have any of the costume pieces listed below, please contact me so we might use it for the show. The show is set in turn of the century, 1900s, Poland in a Jewish shtetl.

Male costumes:

• Knee pants
• Frock coats
• Newsboy Hats
• Black suits (three buttons is preferable, no wide lapels)
• Black slacks
• White shirts (not tuxedo, no button down collars)
• Collarless shirts
• Band collar shirts
• Black shoes (oxford, tie shoes)
• Black/brown boots
• Vests (not tuxedo)
• Men's hats (bowlers, top hats, etc. anything with flat wide brim, fez type)

Female costumes:

• Long skirts (plain, no patterns, boarder stripes are okay)
• Blouses (peasant-y, collarless or stand up collars)
• Black flat shoes
• Black ankle boots
• White ankle boots
• Shawls
• Capes (short or long)
• Aprons (long or half aprons or aprons with bibs)
• Long scarves (solid colors, will be used as head scarves, woolen on silky)
• Long skirt dresses (nothing with bright or floral patterns)
• Petticoats (long, full)
