HOODIE ORDER DUE TONIGHT (THURS 4/11)

Sorry everybody, but the signup sheet for hoodies disappeared. Kathy needs to know by TONIGHT if anyone beyond Margot, Allya, Matt, Caleb and Sam want a hoodie.  They are $15 each (down from $25 because our supplier is AWESOME!).  TEXT Kathy your order (specifically tell her your name and what size to order), and you can get payment to her later.  210-823-0027

Another Change

It has come to Debbie and my attention that we do not have school Friday, April 12. So we will be moving that days rehearsal to 10am to 3pm with a lunch break at 12:30. Email me if this will be a problem.

Rehearsal Change

Panel Discussion

Thursday April 4, during flex there will be a panel discussion. This panel discussion will include a few people who are experts on this play and Judaism. They will talk for a few minutes then after there will be a Q&A. This is required for all cast and rehearsal will be directly following.

We are unable to have a choreography rehearsal today, so instead we will be blocking Act III. If you are in Act III you will be called from 5 to 8. HOODIE ORDERING OPPORTUNITY / ADDITIONAL TEE ORDERS DUE APRIL 1

The cast/crew shirt is included in the $50 fee.  If you want to order a hoodie for $25 extra, your order and payment will be due by Monday, April 1. Look for hoodie order sheet on auditorium door.

PARENTS: the cast/crew fee includes one custom shirt for your student.  By Monday, April 1 ..... If you want to order custom tee's for yourself or anyone else in your family, we can do that for an additional $10 per shirt.  Email Kathy at willowcomm@aol.comwith questions and/or your order quantity/size. Payment for additional shirts is due upon turning in your order (payment to Lincoln Drama, and mail check to Kathy Weidenbaum, 748 NW Macleay Blvd, Portland 97210).  Hoodies also ok.

We need $50 cash or a check to Lincoln Drama for the cast and crew fees. It is the same amount for both cast and crew. The money goes to meals during the show and  a T-shirt for the play. 

If you need a scholarship, talk to Mr. Peerenboom. He will be completely confidencial about it.
